How to Delete a Website from Your HubSeek Control Panel

Sometimes you need to start fresh or clean up old projects. Whether you’re removing a test site or making room for something new, deleting a website from your HubSeek control panel is quick and easy.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a website will also remove all associated email accounts. Make sure to back up any data you need before proceeding—you may not be able to restore the website once it’s deleted.

Before You Delete

Before removing a website, consider:

  • Do you have a backup? If there’s anything you might need later, create a backup first. (See: Stay Safe: How to Back Up and Restore Your Website)
  • Are there email accounts tied to this domain? These will be deleted too.
  • Could you disable instead? If you’re not sure, you can temporarily disable the website rather than delete it permanently.

How to Delete a Website

  1. Log into your HubSeek control panel
Head over to panel.hubseek.com and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to Websites
On the left sidebar, click Websites to see your list of websites.
  3. Find the website you want to delete
Locate the website in your list. You can use the search bar at the top right if you have multiple sites.
  4. Click the three-dot menu
On the right side of the website row, click the  (three dots) to open the options menu.
  5. Select Delete
From the dropdown menu, click Delete.
  6. Confirm the deletion
A warning message will appear letting you know that the website and all associated email accounts will be deleted. If you’re sure, click Delete to confirm. Otherwise, click Close to cancel.

That’s it—your website has been removed from your hosting account.

What If I Just Want to Temporarily Disable a Website?

If you’re not ready to delete permanently, you can Disable the website instead. This keeps everything in place but takes the site offline. Just follow the same steps above, but choose Disable instead of Delete from the three-dot menu.
