  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
    • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase of any hosting plan. This refund applies only to standard hosting services and does not include any additional fees or third-party costs associated with the service.
    • To request a refund, please contact our support team at help@prosupportdesk.com within the 30-day period. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after your request is approved.
  2. Non-Refundable Services
    • Custom Work: Any custom work, including but not limited to website development, design, or custom configurations, is non-refundable. These services are tailored specifically to your needs and are not eligible for a refund once work has begun.
    • Additional Services and Add-ons: Certain add-ons or services, such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party integrations, may also be non-refundable.
  3. Conditions for Refunds
    • Refunds will only be provided for the initial purchase. Renewals or upgrades are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
    • Accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or engage in prohibited activities are not eligible for a refund.
    • If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of the terms of service, no refund will be provided.
