How to Access Your HubSeek Hosting Account

Your HubSeek account has two main areas: the client portal for billing, support, and account management, and the hosting control panel where you manage your websites, email, files, and databases. Here’s how to access both.

Log Into the Client Portal

The client portal is your starting point for everything HubSeek. From here you can manage your billing, open support tickets, and access your hosting panel.

  1. Go to clients.hubseek.com in your browser.
  2. Log in with the email address and password you used when you signed up for HubSeek.
  3. You’ll land on your dashboard, which shows your active products (hosting packages, domains, etc.).

From the client portal you can also click Support in the top menu to open a support ticket, or manage your billing details and invoices.

Open the Hosting Control Panel

The hosting control panel (powered by Enhance) is where you manage your websites, email accounts, databases, backups, and more. The easiest way to get there is through the client portal.

  1. Log into the client portal at clients.hubseek.com (see above).
  2. Find your hosting package under Active Products on the dashboard.
  3. Click “Login to Control Panel” — the button to the right of your hosting package.
  4. Allow the popup — the control panel opens in a new browser tab. If nothing happens, your browser may be blocking the popup. Look for a popup-blocked icon in your address bar and click it to allow popups from clients.hubseek.com.

This method logs you in automatically — no separate username or password needed.

Direct Login (Alternative)

If you prefer, you can also log into the hosting panel directly:

  1. Go to panel.hubseek.com
  2. Enter your hosting panel username and password — these were included in the welcome email you received when your hosting was set up.

This takes you to the same control panel. The client portal method is easier since it handles the login for you, but direct login is handy if you’ve bookmarked the panel or prefer to go straight there.

Webmail Access

To check email from a browser without setting up a mail app, go to pandamail.hubseek.com and log in with your full email address and password. For more details, see Creating and Managing Email Accounts.
