How to Add Authorized Users to Your HubSeek Control Panel

Need to share access to your hosting account with a team member or developer? You can invite authorized users to your HubSeek control panel and control exactly what they can access.

Here’s how to add authorized users, step by step.

Step 1: Log Into Your HubSeek Control Panel

First things first, log into your HubSeek control panel by visiting panel.hubseek.com.

Step 2: Find the ‘Users’ Section

Once you’re in, look at the left sidebar. You’ll see an option called Users. Click on it—that’s where we’ll invite new people.

Step 3: Invite a New User

Now, click on the Invite User button. This will open a form where you can fill out details for the person you want to invite.

Here’s what you need to enter:

  1. Full Name: Write the person’s full name so they know it’s a personal invite.
  2. Email Address: Enter the email address where they’ll receive the invite.
  3. Invite Method:
  • You can choose to Invite with Email, which sends an invite to their inbox, or
  • Invite with Link, which gives you a link to share with them.

Step 4: Choose the User Role

Now, it’s time to decide what kind of access you want to give them. You’ll see two options:

  • Super Admin: This role is like having all the keys to the castle! A super admin has full access to everything, so only use this if the person needs to control everything.
  • Collaborator: A collaborator can manage specific websites you choose. They don’t have full access, just what you allow.

Step 5: Grant Website Access (Collaborators Only)

If you choose Collaborator, another form will appear asking which websites you want them to access. You’ll see a list of your websites—just check the box next to the ones you want to give them access to.

Once you’ve made your selection, click Invite!

Step 6: Pending Invite Status

The person you invited will be placed in pending status until they accept the invite. If you sent the invite by email, they’ll get a message in their inbox. If you shared the link, they just need to click it. Once they accept, they’ll have access to your control panel as you set it up.

That’s it — your new user now has access to your HubSeek account.
